Eye On Water Highlight

If you’ve received a notification that you have a new cell read meter, visit https://eyeonwater.com/signup to create your account using your account number and ZIP code. You’ll be able to:

  • View water use hourly
  • Set up leak alerts (24+ hours of continuous flow is considered a leak)

If your water usage seems unusually high, you can quickly rule out or confirm a leak by checking your water meter for movement when no water should be running. The full guide walks you through locating your meter, identifying whether the flow indicator is active, shutting off your home’s main valve to isolate where the leak may be occurring, and reviewing common trouble spots like toilets, appliances, irrigation systems, and spigots. Before requesting a service call, reviewing these steps can often pinpoint the issue and help avoid unnecessary fees.
